Coagulant & Flocculant

In wastewater treatment, coagulation and flocculation processes have a very important role. The selection of coagulant and flocculant substances must be based on considerations including the amount and quality of the water to be treated, turbidity, filtering method and sludge disposal system.

We provide various types of flocculant, organic coagulant, and latex coagulant which are produced by us so that we are able to provide high performance in the processing of various types of waste water according to customer needs.

Our Products

Coagulant

Our alumunium based coagulant is effectively used to precipitate suspended solid, reduce color and turbidity to provide better quality of water. It can provide a substantial reduction in the amount of sludge produced and also reduce sludge handling and disposal problems and costs.

Ferric based coagulant is employed as a charge neutralization and flocculating agent. It is used in the clarification of industrial fresh water and in the removal of suspended solids from wastewater. Other applications include liquid-solid and oil-water separating. It can provide a substantial reduction in the amount of sludge produced and also reduce sludge handling and disposal problems and costs. It’s recommended for waste water treatment, pools, fountains, decorative ponds and lakes, air conditioning cooling tower, and construction sites.

Amine based coagulant is a cationic polyelectrolyte that is employed as a charge neutralization and flocculating agent. It is used in the clarification of industrial fresh water and in the removal of suspended solids from wastewater. Other applications include liquid-solid and oil-water separating. It can replace inorganic coagulants such as alum, lime or iron salts and is used in lower concentrations. It’s recommended for waste water treatment, pools, fountains, decorative ponds and lakes, air conditioning cooling tower, and construction sites.

Flocculant

Our Anionic flocculants series work effectively as a coagulant adjuvant or sludge conditioning agent in the liquid-solid separation process, used for clarification of industrial wastewater and surface water, as well as for conditioning. This series of chemicals is able to increase sedimentation rates and eliminate or reduce the use of inorganic salts. All these chemicals can be used in several different sectors, such as the textile industry, paper making, food industry, and petrochemical sector, among others.

Our cationic flocculants series worked effectively as coagulant aids or sludge conditioning agents in liquid-solid separation processes. This chemical is economical to use, can work over a wide pH range, can eliminate or reduce use of inorganic salts, have fast settling rates, and can achieve high solids removal efficiencies. All these chemicals can be used in several different sectors, such as the textile industry, paper making, food industry, and petrochemical sector, among others.

Acme’s non-ionic flocculants worked effectively as coagulant aids or sludge conditioning agents in liquid-solid separation processes. This chemical is economical to use, can work over a wide pH range, can eliminate or reduce use of inorganic salts, have fast settling rates, and can achieve high solids removal efficiencies. This chemical can be used in several different sectors, such as the textile industry, paper making, food industry, and petrochemical sector, among others.
