Microorganisms are present in almost all biomass, including sugarcane. Their presence can lead to reduced sugar content, unpleasant odors, and operational issues. To address this, we provide both oxidizing (chlorine-based) and non-oxidizing biocides to eliminate microorganisms and ensure smooth operations.
In addition, other equipment in the industry requires effective sanitation to maintain hygiene and prevent biofilm formation. Proper sanitation supports efficient heat transfer, prevents plugging, and reduces the need for frequent make-up. We offer a range of biocides and sanitation chemical formulations for use in sugar mills. Our products are Halal-certified, safe for food applications, and free from allergens and GMOs.

Biocides
Our Biocides include both oxidizing and non-oxidizing types. These chemicals serve as disinfectants and sanitation agents, eliminating microorganisms in sugar factory utilities and helping reduce sugar loss caused by purity drops during the manufacturing process. Our Biocide Series is suitable for use in milling stations, utilities (WTP/WWTP, cooling water units, etc.), and other facilities requiring effective sanitation.
Biodispersants
Our Biodispersants are formulated to eliminate microorganisms and prevent their attachment to equipment surfaces. Microorganisms exist as planktonic or sessile forms; while planktonic organisms are easy to remove, sessile microorganisms can form biofilms that are difficult to eliminate. Using our Biodispersants helps prevent biofilm formation cost-effectively, maintaining the sanitation performance of your equipment.
