Our Amylase Enzyme is formulated to reduce starch content in sugarcane and sugar beet processing. It hydrolyzes starch polymers into oligosaccharides and simple sugars, helping to lower viscosity, improve process efficiency, and increase sugar recovery. It is particularly suitable for use in sugar mills processing young cane or cane with high starch content.

Dextranase

Our Dextranase Enzyme is formulated to reduce dextran content in sugarcane and sugar beet processing. It hydrolyzes dextran polymers into oligosaccharides and simple sugars, helping to prevent needle sugar formation, improve process efficiency, and increase sugar recovery. It is particularly suitable for use in sugar mills processing old or burnt cane, or cane with high dextran content.
